2013 Volunteer Forms
Volunteer forms can be found here. These will need to be completed before any background checks are done. Everyone involved with the kids--from coaches on down--must submit a volunteer form and consent to a background check before they will be allowed to participate.
If you do not plan to attend the walk-in session, complete the volunteer form and email it, along with a copy of your driver's license, to Len Merriman at lenmerriman@gmail.com. You can also snail mail it to Len at:
